Welcome! We have been selling online for over 10 years now and love it. We design our own artisan lampwork beads & jewelry. We are Christian artists and we love the Lord.

We hope you will visit often!

Payment

We prefer Paypal. However, if you are a long time customer, you may send a check or money order. Just contact us for pre-approval. Checks will need to clear our bank before we ship. That can take up to 10 biz. days.

Shipping

U.S. shipping is 2.85 for the first item & only
.60 cents for each additional item up to 4 items. Then it's only .20 cents for each item after that.

Priority Flat Rate 5.30

International shipping

We ship worldwide! Please note that some countries may charge
customs fee's. You may want to check with your local post office in advance.

Shipping is 7.50 for the first item & only

Priority International Flat Rate 19.95

For orders over $50 or more, we require a shipping method with insurance and online tracking. Buyers choice as to which mail carrier they'd like us to use. Please ask for total so we can adjust your invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Artisan Jewelry:

I will be happy to work with you on fixing whatever custom work or sizing needs to be done, free of charge. We dont offer refunds at this time. If a resize is not an option, we will extend a store credit or offer an exchange.

Artisan Beads:

We dont offer refunds at this time... however, an exchange or store credit is welcome if you are not happy with your purchase.

Beading supplies:

We dont offer refunds at this time... however, an exchange or store credit is welcome if you are not happy with your purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTES ON EXCHANGES:

*** Beads & Jewelry must be sent back in the same condition and packaging as received within 3 days of receipt and with pre-approval. Please contact us right away so we can work it out with you. :)

*** Our art comes from a non smoking home. We need to be able to re- sell the beads or jewelry you are exchanging. We do not wish to pass the smell of smoke on to ourselves or our future customers. So, for that reason, anything being returned may NOT come from a smoking home.

Custom Orders are welcome. Please contact us for a time frame on made to order beads. You may see our gallery of sold items for pictures of our beads and jewelry. Or email us for link to our online gallery. We do not offer exchanges, refunds or store credit on made to order beads.
